Date cyphers for 1889-1890, the figure impressed SEVRES within an oval and incised M-2-90; the base with green printed lozenge mark S.89, iron-red Republique Français Doré mark for 89 and gilt SE monogram, after the model by Etienne-Maurice Falconet
The winged Cupid seated on a rock holding his right index finger to his lips, his left hand on the quiver of arrows, the shaped circular base enriched in gilt and inscribed, Qui que tu sois, voici ton maître, Il l'est, le fut ou le doit être.
