The rectangular gilt-tooled tan leather writing surface above a frieze centred on each side with relief plaques emblematic of Art and Music, frieze drawer with push-button release, decorated with a relief plaque depicting putti, flanked on either side by a short drawer with lozenge parquetry and foliate mounts, the reverse with similar apparent drawers, the sides with lozenge parquetry and plaques of putti emblematic of the Arts, on squared tapering straight legs
