Signed Cartier, France, movement signed European Watch and Clock Co. Inc. and numbered 425464, case stamped E.J. and numbered 05496, 22600, 425464 and 180, circa 1928
With nickel-finished lever movement, 15 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the white dial with black enamel baton numerals, blued steel moon-style hands, concealed under striped shutters in the rectangular case with inlaid blue and red arrow decoration to the ends to both sides, the aperture surrounded by inlaid black enamel Arabic numerals, the back centred by engraved inscription Titi and secured by four screws in the band, the shutters opened by depressing two red enamelled levers in the sides, crown hand-stamped with Cartier reference numbers, case stamped E.J. for Edmond Jaeger and numbered, dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch and Clock Co. Inc.
