Signed Moulinie, Geneve, No. 19950, circa 1850
With gilt-finished cylinder movement, plain three arm brass balance, gold cuvette, the gold dial with chased and engraved floral decoration, Roman numerals on blank chapter ring, blued steel moon-style hands, the case with chased and white and blue champlevé enamel floral and scroll decoration, the reverse centred by an oval plaque with a polychrome painted enamel scene of Lake Geneva, the cathedral, Môle and Salève in the foreground and snow-covered Mont Blanc in the background, case numbered, dial and movement signed
