Swiss. A highly unusual 18K vari-colour gold, pearl, diamond and ruby-set keyless cylinder watch with matching châtelaine

With gilt-finished cylinder movement, gold cuvette, the small white enamel dial with Roman numerals concealed under a hinged pink gold blossom with rose-cut diamond-set centre, surrounded by two tiers of overlapping radiating petals set with seed pearls and rubies, the hinged back with finely engraved foliage decoration, a small glazed compartment to the inside, together with a matching vari-colour gold, pearl, ruby and diamond-set châtelaine, unsigned
