Patek Philippe Reference 490 The present two lots, 113 and 114, are typical examples of a post Art Deco curvex-type wristwatch. It appears that no more than 5 examples of this reference in stainless have been offered publicly to date. Manufacture of reference 490 was launched in 1936 and was discontinued in 1948.
