With nickel-finished lever movement, 22 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, gold cuvette with engraved inscription May 6, 1919, the gilt matte dial with Breguet numerals, outer five minute divisions, blued steel moon-style hands, two subsidiary dials indicating 30 minutes register and constant seconds, in circular plain case, engraved initials EWR to the hinged back, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through a button in the band and through the crown, case signed Made for Tiffany & Co. by Touchon & Co. Switzerland and numbered, cuvette numbered, dial and movement signed

Although the present watch is not registered in the books of Audemars Piguet, its high quality and layout suggest that the ébauche was made by the renowned manufacturer.
