With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the brushed silvered dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, the circular case with fluted crescents forming the lugs, snap on back, together with an 18k gold Vacheron Constantin buckle, case, dial and movement signed 33 mm. diam.
