With highly engraved gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, repeating on two gongs, the lapis lazuli dial with four subsidiary dials indicating date, day, 4 year month in Italian combind with leap year and phases of the moon, in octagonal case with stepped bezel, bar lugs, crown at 12 with V-shaped bow, repeating mechanism operated by cabochon sapphire-set slide in the band, glazed display snap on back, together with an 18k gold Gerald Genta double deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed
