This watch is accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box with outer packaging, Certificate of Origin dated 5 March 1999 and an adjustment tool.

The model 5035 is equipped with a special self-winding annual calendar mechanism, a unique invention by Patek Philippe for which the company was granted a Swiss patent on 1 March 1996. This system shows the day, date and month and adjusts the calendar for months with 30 and 31 days. It only has to be set once a year at the end of February.
