CIRCA 1723-24, GILDER'S 40. TO EACH PIECE, DREHER'S INCISED TO TEABOWLS AND X TO SAUCERS
En suite to the preceding, painted by P.E. Schindler with Orientals on terraces, one teabowl with a man seated by vases with two rabbits at his feet, the other with a seated lady brewing tea, within similar cartouches, one saucer with a lady playing a horn, the other with a man smoking a pipe and seated at a low table, vases with coral, grasses and berried branches nearby and a pheonix in flight above, within similar cartouches and borders (teabowls with wear to gilt rims and borders, one with crack from rim principally to interior, very slight footrim chip, other with two filled rim chips, one with associated crack, saucers with areas of wear to cartouches, very slight wear to borders and one scene, one broken through and restuck with minute loss at rim, other with chip to underside of rim) (2)
