Modelled by P. Reinicke as a stooping elderly woman with a basket of apples over her left arm and an apple in her right hand, wearing a white headscarf, white blouse, blue and pink bodice, grey skirt and brown apron, a key and a pair of secateurs suspended from a gilt-buckled black belt below her waist, on a shaped mound base applied with flowers and foliage (right arm broken through and restored at the shoulder and upper forearm, minute chips to edge of headscarf, one repaired, slight chipping to foliage)
