The cup of tapering conical form, the white interlaced foliate handle enriched in gilding, the body reserved with two flattened oval panels painted with exotic birds in landscapes, within gilt band cartouches joined by gilt meandering foliage encircling horizontal staves, the border of the stand similarly decorated, gilt dentil rims (flaking and wear to gilding and enamels, cup with some sanding, stand with restored chipping to rim, scratching to interior well and underside) (2)
