Of fluted cylindrical from, with gilt-metal shell-moulded thumbpiece, painted to the centre with a boar hunt within a recessed gilt scroll-moulded cartouche, encrusted overall with trailing flowers and painted with scattered flower-sprays, the finial formed as a canary perched on a branch (finial and branch cracked, chipped and restuck, slight chipping to flowers)
