A scarce tract on the ancient origins of tennis in the form of a letter to the marchese Teodoro Alessandro Trivulzio by Quadrio (1695-1756) who is best known for his 5-volume Della storia e della ragioni d'ogni poesia (1739-52). Not in Henderson.
