by Fabergé and with the workmaster's intials of Michael Perchin, St. Petersburg, circa 1890, with scratched inventory number 55879
Comprising four circular brushes and four cylindrical chalk holders of bowenite, with red guillloché enamel ribbon-tied chased and engraved laurel mounts, within reeded bands, fully marked, the brushes marked Fabergé, the chalk holders with workmaster's initials, in fitted wood case stamped in Russian in the cover with the Imperial warrant 'Faberge St. Petersburg Moscow.'
