three by Fabergé with workmasters' marks of Fedor Afanass'ev, Henrik Wigström and August Hollming; and by various makers; some St. Petersburg, circa 1890
Ovoid, comprising a spiraling pale blue and pink guilloché egg; a salmon pink and a white guilloché enamelled example the later with inscription; a fluted gold egg with cabochon sapphire at the base; one of bowenite; two of blue glass; a white guilloché enamel egg with ruby set gold swags; an egg formed as a ladybird, the reverse with flowers on a white enamel ground; another enamelled with the flag of St. Andrew on pale blue guilloché enamel ground; a hardstone egg applied with the gold crowned cypher of Maria Feodorovna; a gold egg set with a ruby and emerald flowerspray; an amethyst carved as a chick hatching from an egg; a white egg painted with a swallow; one of turquoise cloisonné enamel; a red glass egg on bow brooch; an egg with white guilloché enamel upper section and faceted amethyst below; another with verticle sections of lilac and blue guilloché enamel; a silver egg with initials XB; and a lacquer egg with floral festoons (20)
