The rectangular black marble top with moulded edge, above a frieze cast with acanthus and three cupboard doors decorated with mountainous landscapes within leaf-tip borders, the angles with chandelles-filled fluting, the sides decorated with sprays of flowers and with a bird, above a plinth with fruited laurel edge and circular tapering and fluted ormolu legs with leaf-wrapped collars, the marble top probably replaced
