etching, circa 1755, with a Triple Crescent with an Initial W surmounted by a Crown watermark, a good impression of the second state (of three), with margins, a horizontal crease through the subject, two short tears at the left sheet edge, one extending just into the plate, defects on the reverse at the left sheet edge where previously mounted, with remains of an old hinge, lesser defects
