MARK OF MATTHEW BOULTON AND CO., BIRMINGHAM, CIRCA 1815
Each circular and with a shell and leaf heightened gadrooned rim, engraved with a crest, marked on the back
10 7/8 in. (28 cm.) diam.
The crest is that of Boulton for Matthew Robinson Boulton, the son of the celebrated silversmith and industrialist Matthew Boulton (12)
