Circular on a spreading foot, with a gadrooned rim and with a shaped scroll and putto mask border, the sides decorated with panels, one engraved with a coat-of-arms, each separated by foliage on a textured ground, marked near rim

The arms are those of Gunter, James or Watkins, co. Brecon impaled by another.
