Note de dégustation: Robe rouge grenat et au nez, des arômes de fruits grillés et rôtis. D'un agréable rondeur à l'attaque, les tannins fermes se révèlent en fin de bouche. Le vieillissement en barrique neuve a confèré à ce vin beaucoup d'étreinte, s'accordant ainsi avec la viande rouge et les fromages bien faits (à boire maintenant - 2008).
Tasting note: Garnet red of medium depth, with smokey, roasted fruit aromas which jump out of the glass. Agreeably round in attack, with firm tannins present on the finish. New oak ageing has given this wine considerable grip, which calls for red meats and mature cheeses to complement it (for drinking now-2008).
