Note de dégustation: Couleur rouge violette, avec au nez, des arômes de goudron et de terre. Bien charpenté, il exprime en bouche ces même arômes, plus soutenus, et une acidité déjà remarquable. Encore un ou deux ans de vieillissement, et je le servirai avec un steak, ou un gigot d'agneau, juste grillés.
Tasting note: Rich red-purple, with tarry and earthy aromas and big structure. This is closed-up on the palate, as yet, with notable acidity. It needs a year or two, then I would serve it with T-bone steak, or a butterfly'd leg of lamb, straight off the grill.
