Note de dégustation: Rouge-violet vibrant, ce vin paraît toujours jeune, pas complètement développé, avec au nez, des arômes épicés émergents de Pinot Noir. Assez léger, ne possédant pas la concentration et le fruité intense que l'on retrouve dans les vins des Hospices après 1994, il est cependant très appréciable pour son onctuosité et l'harmonie qui s'en dégage. A boire maintenant - 2007.
Tasting note: Vibrant purple-red, and still looking youthful, with Pinot spiciness emerging on the nose, not yet fully developed. Relatively light, without the concentration of dense fruitiness to be found in Hospices wines after 1994, but very respectable for its smoothness and harmony, for drinking now-2007.
