Note de dégustation: Rouge grenat aux bords couleur olive. En bouche, les arômes remarquablement complexes de faisant rôti (autant que vous ne soyez pas végétarien), font de ce vin un grand vin de Bourgogne, délicat, soyeux tout en gardant un fruité extraordinaire (dégusté en bouteille, comme les deux autres 1982).
Tasting note: Garnet-red with olive rim, with roast pheasant aromas of superb complexity (so long as you're not vegetarian). This is delicate, grand old Burgundy which has developed silkiness while retaining its beguiling fruit (tasted from bottle, like the other 1982s).
