Of shell form -- 2¼ins. (5.5cms.); a steel tinder box with slide cover -- 2ins. (4.7cms.); a crocodile tooth tinder tube with silver collar, engraved with form of female figure, the reverse additionally engraved with a male figure, (lacking chained cover), South American, eighteenth century -- 3ins. (7.7cms.); and a silver tinder tube with applied revolving fire steel, the tube engraved with initials and scrollwork, possibly Swedish, nineteenth century -- 2cms. (5cms.) (4)
