Some capsules very slightly corroded. Some labels scuffed. Lots 363 and 364 levels base of neck or better and lot 365 levels top-shoulder or better
Tasting note: Needless to say, the 1982 is a justly renowned vintage and a perfect vehicle for the always dependable Batailley, one of the most consistent of Pauillac Châteaux. Now of course fully mature, my last note reading "its bouquet unravelling deliciously; sweetish, chewy, good length, dry finish". M.B.
