Fourth edition of the complete Curiosa Mathematica. This edition of Pillow Problems includes a new preface explaining the symbols used, and shows the important improvements made for the second edition. Dodgson explains that his sleepless nights were not due to insomnia, from which never affected him, but to 'luxurious idleness in the preceding day'. Williams, Madan, Green and Crutch 210c and 247b.
