The rectangular moulded tan leather-lined writing-surface above three frieze drawers on one side and three simulated frieze drawers on the other, one pedestal with a concave-cornered panelled door to both sides, enclosing three adjustable serpentine folio-divides to one side and an open recess to the other, the other pedestal enclosing four graduated drawers, on a plinth base, the locks stamped with consecutive numbers '6925, 6926, 6927' and 'R. BARRON'
