frosted gilt movement jewelled to the centre and repeating train, with bimetallic balance and blued steel overcoil spring, twin hammers striking on polished wire gongs, gold cuvette, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, 5 minute outer Arabic numeral divisions, subsidiary seconds and blued steel spade hands, in plain polished case with the front cover with blue enamel Roman numeral chapter, repeating slide in the band at 6 O'Clock and hinged back, case signed
