cal 1580 damascened nickel 26 jewel movement with monometallic balance, soft iron anti magnetic cover, brushed silvered dial with polished batons with luminos dots and quarter seconds divisions, polished hands with luminos stripe and sweep hand with red arrow tip, the tonneau shaped case with polished bezel, screw down crown and back, fitted on Oyster link bracelet with deployant clasp, together with swing tag, instructions and order letter from Alexanders jewellers dated 24th February 1988, case, dial and movement signed

The Milgauss model was one of the most distinctive of all Rolex sports model, the 1019 was the 'tool' watch: a watch designed for a specific activity, despite being produced for over 20 years (1963-1985), it was never produced in significant numbers as demand was limited, thus making it very rare.
