A George III mahogany striking bracket clock

The case with handle to inverted bell top, glazed sides and on brass pad feet, circular brass glazed dial bezel to the square silvered dial signed Marmd. Storr London in the centre of the Roman and Arabic chapter ring with calendar aperture and later blued steel hands, the movement with five pillars, twin gut fusees and verge escapement, strike/repeat on a bell, the backplate engraved with foliate scrolls; together with a later purpose-made brass-bound mahogany wall bracket with sliding front section
