A ZÜRICH (SOFT-PASTE) FIGURE OF A LADY WITH A MUFF
CIRCA 1775
Modelled by Josef Nees, wearing a white bonnet and head-scarf, a black ruff, pink coat and pale-yellow skirt, pulling a fur-lined hooded cape around her, on a stepped circular base (head restuck at neck, glaze blemish to edge of cape, very small crack with associated flaking to fold of her hood)
