FIRST EDITION IN ENGLISH, INSCRIBED BY HERBERT HOOVER on the front free endpaper.: "The Kind Regards of Herbert Hoover." LIMITED EDITION, one of 3000 copies printed. Herbert Hoover was a mining engineer before entering politics and becoming the thirty-first President of the United States.
