(Title trimmed, slightly affecting border, M5 with loss at upper right corner, O6 and R1 with tears, a few stains, last two leaves worn with some loss to text.) 19th-century sheep (worn, rebacked). Provenance: Mary Bancroft (contemporary signature and annotations on title and a few leaves); Richard Blacker (signature on title-page).
