(Some offsetting from plates to text, outer margin of p. 16 repaired.) 19th-century green morocco, spine gilt, edges gilt, for Hatchards of Picadilly (some minor scuffing, joints lightly rubbed); cloth slipcase. Provenance: Thomas Charles Lucas (bookplate, signature on front blank); Constance Penn (bookplate).
