2o (290 x 208 mm). Collation: a-k6 l8 (a1 blank, a2-f5r rhetoricum novorum, f5v-l8r rhetorice verteris, l8v blank). 67 (of 68 leaves, without blank a1). 45 lines. Tupe: 88R. Capital spaces. 6 6-line initials in blue with red penwork infill and marginal extensions, Lombard initials in red some with flourishes, a few red borders supplied to printed headings, paragraph marks and capital strokes in red, signed by rubricator Johannes Vogel (some worming, mostly marginal). 19th-century half calf and speckled boards (covers detached). Provenance: Rottenbuch, Augustinian monastery ("Sum B.V. Mariae in Rottenbuch" inscription on 1/1); Munich, Royal Library (early ink stamps on first and last leaf, presented to); Historical Society of Philadelphia (bookplate, and several old stamps to margins or between columns).
