Mark of Jan Anthonis de Haas Sr., Amsterdam, 1819; teacaddy apparently only struck with dateletter of 1819; the sugar basket with mark of Fa. J.M. van Kempen & Zonen, Voorschoten, late 19th or early 20th century
Each shaped oblong, comprising: a teapot with partly gadrooned body and angular wood handle, the hinged domed cover with lion finial; a conforming milk jug, the two-handled sugar basket with plain body, lift-off cover with lion finial and a teacaddy with lock and key, the hinged cover with lion finial, marked on bases and body
