of tapering circular form, on lion's mask and paw feet and with a shaped rim, wood double scroll handle and domed hinged cover with swan finial, the body chased in the 18th Century taste with a milkmaid and a cow, the upper part of the body and the cover decorated with rococo flowers and foliage - 6½in. (16.50cm.), 23oz. gross.
