Struck with maker's mark only of Tobias van Velsen, Bolsward, dated 1714, also struck with later Dutch duty mark
Rat-tail, the tapering stem with drops against matted ground and silver-gilt granate finial, the bowl engraved with foliate medallion with erased initials and date 1714, marked on bowl
