Struck with indistinct maker's mark only, possibly HI in square, The Netherlands, circa 1650, also struck with later Dutch duty mark
Rat-tail, tapering cylindrical stem with silver-gilt acorn finial, the bowl with initials G.I W, marked on bowl and stem
