Hanoverian pattern with navette-shaped bowl, marked on back of stem

Lot Essay

Willem Carel van Meurs became a silversmith June 1st 1767. He married Sara Aletta de Haas on the 1st of July of the same year. He was burried at the St. Walburgis cemetery on 10 May 1805.
