Tasting Note: Deep, firm; impressive, harmonious nose of the sort which gets more interesting as one goes back to it. Sweet, fleshy, excellent consistency (texture), complete - at a Bordeaux Club dinner at Caius, Cambridge (1996), endorsed at Kaplan's '82s dinner (1997) and again quite recently: soft, chewy.
