A SILVER DISH-RING
MARK OF GARRARD & CO. LTD., LONDON, 1962
Circular, the sides pierced and chased with flowers and foliage, with four cartouches, three decorated with a soldier from the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, in uniforms from various ages, 1689, 1789 and 1889, the fourth cartouche engraved with the regimental badge, the rim engraved with a presentation inscription, further engraved with an initial 'H' within a garter motto and below a Royal Duke's coronet, marked on rim, contained in a fitted case
8¼ in. (20.8 cm.) diam.
11 oz. (326 gr.)
The inscription reads 'TO FIELD MARSHAL H.R.H THE DUKE OF GLOUCESTER COLONEL-IN-CHIEF THE ROYAL INNISKILLING FUSILIERS 1937-1962.'

The initial is that of H.R.H. The Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester.
