The baluster green-stained ivory handle with silver-mounted, the yellow stone matrix cut with a coat-of-arms within the badge of the Royal British Nurse's Association and below a Royal Princess's coronet
3 7/8 in. (99 mm.) long
The arms are those of Schleswig-Holstein accolé with the Royal arms with Saxony in pretence for Princess Helena (1846-1923), 3rd daughter of Queen Victoria, wife of Prince Christian of Schleswig-Holstein (1831-1917), as President of the Royal British Nurses Association.
