Circular and with a lobed foot, the detachable cover with a green stone and reeded finial, engraved with the Royal arms, contained in a fitted green case, marked underneath and inside cover, the base further stamped 'JEAN E. PUIFORCAT', the case labelled 'PUIFORCAT PARIS', with two cards, one printed 'VINCENT AURIOL Président de la République Française' and 'Madame Vincent Auriol'
