A Swiss leather-cased travelling clock; a commemorative hunter-cased pocket watch and a serpentine-cased bedside clock
The travelling clock with green leather folding stand, black enamel dial with luminous hands and signed Jaeger-le-Coultre above 12, Swiss movement with lever escapement, 4 1/8in. (10.4cm.);
The watch with Swiss movement (rusted) signed Chronometer Prima 102771, the case covers with Royal portraits and dedications; BELOVED OF HIS PEOPLE: H.M. KING EDWARD VII OUR SAILOR KING H.M. KING GEORGE V, the cuvette decorated with the figure of Britannia and inscribed THE BRITISH EMPIRE MOURNS EDWARD THE PEACEMAKER, together with a silver fob chain;
The bedside clock with gilt-dial, Roman chapters and blued steel hour hand, Swiss lever movement, the frame engraved with a dedication inscription TO HARRY FROM HIS AUNT & GODMOTHER BEATRICE SEPT. 16TH 1916 - 2¾in. (7.2cm.) high (3)

The bedside clock: Given by Beatrice, Princess Henry of Battenburg (1857-1944) presumably to Prince Henry (also known as Harry) at the start of the Michaelmas half, Eton, 1916.
