Eighth edition. This is part 2 of Markham's A Way to get Wealth, but it is also found separately, as here. First published on its own in 1615, it contained entirely new material on hunting, hawking, coursing and fishing as well as very short sections on bowls, shooting, balloon and tennis. This latter he describes as 'Not inferiour to these sports, either for health or action, are the Tenise, or Baloone; the first being a pastime in close or open Courts, striking a little round ball to and fro, either with the palmes of the hande, or with Racket'. SCHWERDT COPY. Poynter 34.9; Schwerdt II, p.11; Wing M-622.
