Copac locates only one copy (BL, with two mutilated leaves). Inigo Simpson appears to have been a specialist music publisher with premises at 'the Bass Viol and Flute in Sweetings Alley'.

Schwerdt II, 294: 'Very rare ... We have never heard of another copy'.
