covered in lithographed brick, stonework and tile papers, with mock curtained windows in roof, sides and base, of two stories with porch, verandah and balcony on first floor, tin ballustrade and brown painted opening doors and steps to front door, opening at the front to reveal two rooms with original floor and wallpapers - 17½.in. 44cm. high, 9½.in. 24cm. wide, 7in. 18cm. deep, 4114? in pencil on base (some touching up to paintwork)
